Friends with Pointy Ears.

Please meet Franco Fox (top photo), a new friend I am working on. He gets along reasonably well with most creatures although can't resist the odd chicken - I can't blame him for that at all.
And above is our cat Maggie photographed by Archie this morning - this is one satisfied mouser. In fact, Maggie's full name is Maggie Mouser because she is so terrifically clever at her job. She knows it too.
Lots of love,
Kate xxooxx.

Love your foxies Kate, gorgeous crochet as usual, so cute! I think I need to borrow Maggie for a few days , I have a little mouse problem that needs fixing, they keep avoiding my traps and freaking me out when they dart down our hallway! Have a great week, Julie x

Love you little foxes they are so stylish. I wish our three cats had the catching genes they are simply useless when it comes to catching anything!

Saw your foxes and came to my head the little girl on the movie "Despicable Me": it's so fluffly I'm gonna die! :D

They are adorable for sure :) And your cat also!

yay for pointy eared friends! we have two cats who are pretty good at catching mice but then have no idea what to do with them, usually they bring them into the house and lose them.My dad once had a mouse in the toe of his shoe as it had escaped the cats, my dad didn't realise until he'd been wearing the shoes for about 20minutes!!

He looks a very cunning fox, maybe he is the one that ran around our verandah last year. He doesn't seem to mind that people know how cunning he is, very blase about the whole thing! Love Mrs A

Those foxes remind me of those in the 'Fantastic Mr Fox' film - does the one on the left sound like George Clooney? x

Well, I do love your yarn-y creations, but I have to add that I had one Axle Kitty sitting on the back of my chair as I was reading your post and when he saw your picture of Maggie Mouser he said I just HAD to contact you... He is quite smitten with her stunning beauty and obviously awesome mousing skills. Axle would like to know if she would be interested in a long distance kitty friendship, pen-paws perhaps? Lol... Just having fun! See Axle here: http://fromthehearthroom.blogspot.com/2012/08/sunflower-dressing.html
