Little owls for little boys.

A little glimpse of an owlish weekend the boys and I spent together. I have to say, whenever they choose their colours for a project my heart swells with joy. They have both decided that pink is not a girl colour, it is just a great colour. I hope this strength follows them through life. Anyway, up, up up to the big blue couch for a Sunday night of TV and crochet.

  1. What beautiful owls! Perfect for the boys, Tom Bowler, however, would not be so convinced by the pink (unfortunately!). Sophie would be mad on them though, being such a lover of pink and hoarder of all-things-pink. Wow, after seeing the owls, I can hardly wait for Sophie's birthday, Auntie Kate!!!

  2. They are so fabulous! I love how the boys aren't classifying colour. Happy crocheting! I have my first lesson on Tuesday - I can't wait! :) K

  4. Your boys must have inherited your sense of colour, and I'm so impressed they haven't been brain washed into thinking pink is only for females! Men look fab in pink, I like Hugo to wear pink. I think men are sexy in pink, because it shows they're of independent thought!
Do all boys like owls? There've been a few blogs I've seen recently, where owl toys have got the thumbs up from their boys! Your owls are fab, i must say.
Love Vanessa xxx (do you mind if i knit)

  5. mmmmmmmm.......... I think you'll find pink is for girls and gays! Stallions can only go as far as manly salmon!
